LinkProof — URL List Preflight & Normalizer

LinkProof is a local browser utility for preflighting URL lists before publishing, posting, or sharing them.

It checks for:

- Malformed URLs

- Normalized duplicate URLs

- Known tracking parameters such as utm_*, gclid and fbclid

- Unencrypted http:// URLs

- Embedded usernames or passwords

- Very long URLs

- Hostname normalization issues

Duplicate detection can optionally:

- Ignore known tracking parameters

- Ignore URL fragments

- Treat HTTP and HTTPS as the same destination

It also creates a normalized, deduplicated URL list that you can copy to the clipboard.

LinkProof does not verify whether a destination page is currently online. It checks the URL list itself.
